Keith Dickson - Team Director & Coach

Keith's undeniable passion for triathlon spearheaded the idea and development of the team. He has been coaching swimming and triathlon for the Multisport Madness Triathlon Team since its inception. He specializes in coaching the whole individual and keeping the focus and vision for the team. He was a 16 time All American swimmer and swam for the US World Championship team under the guidance of coach Randy Reese.

Romas

Romas Bertulis - Head Coach

In 1979, while studying at Kaunas Physical Education Academy in Lithuania, Romas started working as a youth track and field coach. In 1980, he finished the academy and was working with athletes in their late teen years. Producing many Lithuanian champions and podium finishers, from the years 1996 to 2001 he was the head coach of Lithuania's national decathlon team. From 2002 until today he has been training Lukas Verzbicas and helping MMTT. Since fall of 2009, Romas has been the official Head Coach of MMTT.

Adam Zucco - Consultant and Coach

Adam coaches multisport athletes, swimmers and triathletes of all abilities. Adam, as a USAT Level 2 coach, as well as one of Joe Friel’s Ultrafit Associates, has coached athletes in the top twenty at major Ironman events as well as beginning triathletes. Adam uses his enthusiasm, dedication, flexibility and example to lead and to motivate his athletes
Michael Kanute - Advisor and Coach

Mike is a certified USAT Level 1 coach who has worked with the Multisport Madness Triathlon Team for five years. In addition to coaching workouts, he infuses the team with a positive energy that helps elevate the athletes' performances and keep them mentally strong.  He is an accomplished Ironman triathlete, marathoner and ultramarathoner.  As USAT Regional Advisor for our region, Mike keeps the team informed of critical changes and plans.

Rasa Verzbickiene - Run Coach

Rasa began running at 10 years old and ran for 17 years until she was 27. At 14 years of age, her 1500 meters time was 4:43. It was at 14 that she became a member of the National Lithuanian Track and Field Team. She was the Lithuanian National Champion many, many times. She broke the Lithuanian national record twice in the 3000 meters. In 1984, Rasa was the Soviet Union college champion. It was during this time that she was training with the world's best running coaches and athletes. She ran more than 75,000 miles or three times around the world during her career.

In 1987, Rasa graduated from college with a degree in Physical Education. In 1999 she received an Olympic certificate from Olympic president Antonio Samaranch to train the best athletes. In 2000, Rasa improved her coaching skills at the University of Physical Education. From 1987 to 2001, Rasa coached athletes 11-17 years old and many became Lituanian champions.

  

 

Stacee Seay

Stacee is a Level III USA Cycling Certified Coach and has been a competitive cyclist for years. She has great passion for both cycling and running. Her true zeal shows up when she uses her knowledge of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology, and how that knowledge translates into performance for athletics. Stacee is an expert in the cycling-specific Periodization and Power Based Training. Currently, she coaches and leads Power Based Training classes at the Bike Rack in St. Charles, IL.

 
Tyler Tyler Howland - Youth Coach

Tyler has been a Multisport Madness Kid from inception and was MMTT Triathlete of the Year for 2009. Tyler brings his experience as an athlete into his first year of youth coaching.
Reese 

Randy Reese - Swim Coach

Current Hall of Fame Swim Coach and Coach of 72 Olympic swimmers provides swim workouts and a wealth of knowledge and experience for the team as well as a very dry sense of humor.

Matt Paradis - Logistics Coordinator, Coach and General Help

Matt is an elite triathlete in all distances, an accomplished cyclist and in his fifth year of coaching juniors. Matt’s gift as a coach is building span values into juniors by his presence and example. Matt specializes in cycling, transition 1 and transition 2 as well as providing organization to our travel teams and daily workouts. Matt has handled the Course Director duties at the annual MultisportMadness Kid’s triathlon and sits on the Advisory Board of MultisportMadness Kids. Coach Matt’s boisterous encouragement can be heard throughout the Fox Valley during the summer between 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm.
 
Margaret Howland - Support and Administration

Margaret has volunteered at various things since inception but has recently stepped in to help more.
